The press cycle is one of the most critical operations in production of multilayer printed-circuit-boards. From an exact choice of the resin content, flow, gel time of prepreg the mode of a pressing depends also. So, the too small pressure will cause a poor interlaminar adhesion and void formation. The high pressure can give in distortion of innerlayers. If time of the appendix of base pressure too early, it can give in major flowing out of resinand excessively dry interleaf. If the base measuring pressure was enclosed too late, the basic part of tar in an interleaf already began to be polymerized, that will cause inadequate flow of resin and can give in formation of permanent deformations causing distorting. To pick up a mode of a molding, it is necessary to know a gel time of tar, which causes initial melt viscosity of resin (the less gel time, the above initial viscosity of tar), fluidity and content of resin. The mode, as a whole recommended by us, of a molding does not differ from standard.
