Application
ÌÈ 7222 is applied to production of relief printed-circuit-boards. The conformity to his(its) type FR-4 guarantees high glass transition, incombustibility, under distorting, that allows to use the given materials for production of printed-circuit-boards of a high class of precision, surface mounting. The printed-circuit-board, made on this material, differs by very high reliability.
