| The basic and main value of technology connected with manufacture
of materials, consists in development and manufacturing of products. As
much as possible to increase this value, it is necessary not only
understand thoroughly the nature of materials, but also to know those
processes, by means of which they can be effectively and profitable
transformed into these products. With this purpose at a factory
scientific - technical centre was created. It is carrying out development
and research of materials and technologies.
With its help at a factory the "know-how" insulating and constructional materials is constantly improved. The modern scientific laboratories are equipped with the necessary modern equipment, that allows to develop operatively the "know-how" of a new kind of production. The department of tests at the scientific and technical centre will carry out all kinds of tests both materials and samples of printed-circuit-boards, completely reproducing a work cycle of manufacturing of a final material. The tests both materials and integrated products will be carried out with the use of the most perfect equipment, that is capable to carry out a necessary cycle of tests to the level of all international norms. Thus scientific and technical centre embodies in itself both development of the material, and its complete test in reality or as much as possible approached to real conditions.
